[Mailboxteam] opvolging inbox

Beste mailboxers, Er staan nog wat openstaande mails in de inbox van het secretariaat. Mij is niet altijd duidelijk wat hiermee nog moet gebeuren. Onderstaande bijvoorbeeld is van maandag. Voor zover ik kan zien heeft Sanofi nog een contract. Mag dit verstuurd worden of niet? Waarom niet? Er staat eentje tussen waarin expliciet staat dat deze pas 18/2 mag verstuurd worden -> deze heb ik aan Thomas doorgestuurd met vraag om deze morgen te behandelen. Quid mails van vorige vrijdag? Mail van vandaag van Sterop heb ik beantwoord met voorstel voor VZA webcommunicatie (brochure in CC) en mailadres AFPHB voor communicatie in het zuiden van het land. Ik laat deze ter opvolging nog in de inbox staan ...
